ParkBySMS

ParkBySMS is a system developed by A115 that allow the users to pay for their parking time simply sending an SMS to a dedicated number.
Contrary to the other methods of mobile payment this one does not require any preliminary registration or a pre-paid account, making it available to anyone.
Along with ParkBySMS a115 is developing a new system, called ChargeMyPlate to better serve privately-owned parking lot.
